On September 27, 2010, the New York City Association of Hotel Concierges (NYCAHC) hosted the 2010 Concierge Choice Awards, the hospitality industry’s most prestigious awards gala, at the Loeb Boathouse in Central Park. Established in 2007, the Concierge Choice Awards (CCA) recognizes companies, organizations, and individuals who create exceptional experiences for New York City visitors. Voted on by NYCAHC Hotel Concierges, these prestigious awards recognize the city’s elite in the tourist, theater, restaurant, retail, service, and transportation industries. A portion of the proceeds raised at the event is donated to Les Clefs d'Or Relief Foundation and NYCAHC Charitable Fund.
Davler Media Group, publisher of City Guide and Promenade magazines, hosted the awards dinner. The Co-Masters of Ceremonies included respected concierges George Domenick of the Ritz-Carlton Central Park, McKinley Winston of the St. Regis Hotel and Maurice Dancer of the Pierre. They presented awards to the businesses and individuals representing the best in NYC hospitality. The CCA winners included:

• Community Choice Award - Nic Faitos, Starbright Floral Design
