Dave Attell, Artie Lange, Judy Gold to perform at Gotham Comedy Club to Support Elementary School

Comedy For A Cause will be a star-studded standup comedy show and live auction benefiting New York City Public Elementary School PS11 : The William T Harris School, located in Chelsea. It will take place at Gotham Comedy Club on Tuesday, Feb. 12, and the lineup will feature Dave Attell, W. Kamau Bell, Ray Ellin, Susie Essman, Judy Gold, Gilbert Gottfried, and Artie Lange. Doors open at 7pm, showtime begins at 7:30pm.

General admission tickets are $125 and includes 2 beverages, tax and gratuity. VIP is $200 and includes preferred seating, 1 hour pre-show cocktail party, open bar throughout comedy show, tax and gratuity.

PS 11 lost its Title One status this year, thus losing $300,000 in Department of Education funding. Because of this loss, the PS 11 PTA is responsible for raising $500,000 this year. State and City budgets are based on minimal standards. All of the important enrichment activities are paid for by the PTA funds. These include Art, Music, Dance, Computers, Math & Literacy Development, Staff Development and many more invaluable programs.
