Executive Chef Ben Pollinger Cooking Up a Feast for Thanksgiving 2010 at Oceana Restaurant

For Thanksgiving Day 2010, Oceana (120 W. 49th St., 212-759-5941; oceanarestaurant.com) restaurant will be offering a special Thanksgiving menu put together by executive chef Ben Pollinger, with executive pastry chef Jansen Chan. The price is $65 per person. Oceana in located in the Theater District area of Manhattan, near Times Square.

Appetizer selections will include: Pumpkin Soup, Wild Mushroom Salad, Snapper Ceviche, Bigeye Tuna Crudo, Maine Peekytoe Crab Cakes, and Beet Risotto.

Main courses: Chestnut Crusted Scottish Salmon, Grilled Sturgeon, Maine Lobster, "Cape Cod Turkey," NY Strip Steak, and Roast Heritage Turkey.

Desserts: Warm Cranberry Tarragon Consommé, Pumpkin Tres Leches Cake, Pecan Pie Brioche, Maple Tapioca Pie, Baked Chocolate Mousse, and Assorted Sorbets.
