The meal starts with a choice of lobster soup, fried lobster-stuffed ravioli, or the classic Ensalada Tio Pepe. The main course consists of s 1-1/4-pound lobster pan seared in chile guajillo sauce or a lobster bisque sauce, baked lobster in garlic and oil, and steamed or broiled lobster served with butter. The meal concludes with your choice of their famous flan or classic cheesecake served with complimentary coffee or tea.
