Tired of the same old “sitting on Santa’s lap” holiday photo? This year, Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Times Square (234 W. 42nd St., 212-398-3133; ripleysnewyork.com) is offering visitors a new twist on this traditional photo: Santa sits on YOUR lap.
The attraction’s own “Little Santa” will be available for “Reverse Santa” photos each Saturday from 12pm to 7pm, November 27 through December 18, 2010. Guests to the Odditorium will have the opportunity to take a variety of fun holiday shots with “Little Santa.” Individual prints, key chains and magnets can be purchased on site at Ripley’s Times Square, as well as a CD to create personalized holiday cards or share online with friends.
“We love celebrating the unexpected here at Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Times Square,” says General Manager Michael Hirsch, “We’ve taken a time-honored tradition and turned it upside down. Having Santa sit on your lap for a family photo is a once in a lifetime experience that could only be found at Ripley’s.”
