Clambake! David Burke Garden Re-Opens in SoHo

Spring is returning to New York City, and David Burke Kitchen in SoHo knows just how to mark it. Friday, May 6th, will be the seasonal opening of Kitchen’s much-loved outdoor Garden space, and the restaurant will be throwing down a full-on New England clambake to celebrate. Enjoy a festive al fresco evening against the backdrop of the downtown skyline as Garden returns to The James Hotel New York.

From 5 to 8pm on the 6th, Executive Chef Raoul Whitaker will serve up a seafood feast. Maine lobster, grilled prawns, Beausoile oysters on the half shell, and white wine-steamed clams and mussels will highlight the meal, complemented by corn on the cob (yes, it’s that time of year again), grilled local asparagus, buratta and grilled artichoke salad, and much more. There will be specialty cocktails and Cooperstown New York brewer Ommegang will pour cold brews, tailored to outdoor drinking.
