David Burke's Archer Hotel outpost, fabrick, celebrates its first birthday with a four-course prix-fixe dinner crafted by Executive Chef Adin Langille.
At $80 per person, diners will kick off fabrick's fête with a fluke ceviche amuse bouche. Choose from an avocado panna cotta or soba nori roll for the first course, and grilled octo tacos or candied bacon for the second course. Land and sea duke it out in the third course with a lamb chop vindaloo or lobster BLT steamed buns. Lest we forget we're celebrating fabrick's first birthday, Chef Langille closes his tasting menu with an individual birthday cake for each patron.
