12/5 - Star Trek's George Takei signs Kevin Keller #6 from Archie Comics at Midtown Comics Times Square

Midtown Comics in New York City proudly presents legendary actor, Star Trek helmsman and internet sensation, George Takei signing Kevin Keller #6 at Midtown Comics Times Square on Wednesday, December 5th from 9 to 11pm. Kevin Keller's creator, writer and artist Dan Parent will also be in attendance. Purchase of Kevin Keller #6 from any Midtown Comics location is required to receive a ticket to the signing event.

Kevin Keller #6: When the gang gets a school assignment to write about a person who has inspired them, Kevin chooses George Takei, the legendary Star Trek actor who came out several years ago. When Kevin hears that he's at a local convention, he recruits Jughead to go with him, unaware that Mr. Takei, moved by Kevin's article, has made a trip to Riverdale to pay him a visit. Kevin rushes to meet up with his idol, but will he make it in time? Oh my!

George Takei, an actor best known for his portrayal of Mr. Sulu in the acclaimed television and film series Star Trek, has more than 40 feature films and hundreds of television guest-starring roles to his credit.

Dan Parent is the creator of Archie Comics' newest hit character, Kevin Keller and has written and illustrated Archie's wealth of characters since 1987.
