Well, I guess we were just too darn optimistic when we started to write about all things spring a few weeks ago, on magical March 21, when the calendar said it was spring. Alas. Well, now it?s time to deal with all the rain. And just in the nick of time, we received a really cute and very tiny Totes 'brella. This little fold-up wonder is barely a hair over 6? long and a mere 2? across. Unlike other fold-up brollies that claim to fit in your purse, this one really does. And the company is making it in all sorts of bright, spring-like colors, as well as stripes and polka dots. Twenty bucks, at Macy?s or online at www.totes-isotoner.com. (Stay tuned throughout the month for a few other unusual umbrellas you might like to own?and maybe if we buy enough umbrellas and anticipate a deluge, the downpours will cease and we?ll get those May flowers sooner.)
