Following their landmark revival of Atys in 2011, venerated conductor William Christie and early music group Les Arts Florissants return to BAM with a Baroque gem fashioned from the roiling dramas of the Old Testament: French composer Marc-Antoine Charpentier's (1643-1704) rarely staged sacred tragedy David et Jonathas, directed by Andreas Homoki.

Venue Description: A multi-arts center located in Brooklyn, offering theater, dance, music, opera, film, and more from emerging artists and innovative modern masters.
