6:30-9:30 p.m. See, Make, Sip: An Art-Making Experience: Tours of three different exhibitions: El Anatsui at 6:30; Life, Death, and Transformation in the Americas at 7:30; and Valerie Hegarty at 8:30-provide the inspiration for related art-making projects in, respectively, textiles, Pachamama bags, and collage. Art-inspired cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be served in the cafe.
Venue Description: Open Wed., Fri.-Sun., 11am-6pm; Thurs., 11am-10pm; First Saturday of each month (except September), 5-11pm. $12; $8, students and seniors (62 & over). Under 19, free (as of 9/3/2014).
