Presented by The Sphinx Organization in partnership with Carnegie Hall, Sphinx Virtuosi collaborates with the Catalyst Quartet for A Dialogue Between Two Eras that includes Britten's Simple Symphony, Op. 4; selections from Bach's Goldberg Variations, BWV 988; Paquito D'Rivera's Wapango; Jessie Montgomery's Strum; Vivaldi's Concerto in G Minor for Two Cellos, Strings, and Continuo; and Coleridge-Taylor Perkinson's Sinfonietta No. 1. Violinist Ade Williams is also featured in Perkinson's Louisiana Blues Strut: A Cakewalk, for solo violin.
