The Hermès Quartet (violinists Omer Bouchez and Elise Liu, violist Yung-Hsin Chang, and cellist Anthony Kondo) open the 53rd Young Concert Artists Series with a program of works by Debussy, Dutilleux, Schubert, and Verdi on October 16 at Zankel Hall.

The Quartet has garnered rave reviews in the European press, and have taken home First Prize in both the 2012 Young Concert Artists International Auditions and the 2011 Geneval International Competition.

Venue Description: One of the most famous performance spaces in the world, and where the biggest orchestras in the world play when they come to New York City. They also offer neighborhood concerts throughout the year, tours of the historic halls, music programming, festivals, and more.
