A special "4-Course Piedmont Tasting Menu paired with Pelissero Wines," created by Mauro Maccioni and Circo's sommelier, Aleck Ross-Frye, will be available for lunch & dinner Monday, Feb. 4-Friday, Feb. 8 and for dinner only Saturday, Feb. 9-Sunday, Feb. 10. Winemaker Giorgio Pelissero will be present to meet guests at dinner from 6-10pm on Monday, Feb. 4.
