DANGEROUS MUSE is an electronic rock project based in New York City, led by songwriter and vocalist, MIKE FUREY. Their first song, THE REJECTION caught the attention of record mogul SEYMOUR STEIN, who offered Dangerous Muse a deal with SIRE RECORDS. Upon release, their debut three-song digital EP soared to #2 on iTunes dance charts. A music video for the lead single aired on MTV/LOGO and, in its second week, went to #1 on the countdown. This success rallied significant press coverage. Highlights include: the cover of THE ADVOCATE annual music issue, a feature on PEREZHILTON.COM, and NEW YORK DAILY NEWS title of "Year End Ones to Watch." Dangerous Muse recorded their forthcoming debut full-length album with Sire Records and is currently preparing an independent release. To introduce it, "I WANT IT ALL," a song produced by Swedish hit-makers BLOODSHY & AVANT (best known for their work with BRITNEY SPEARS, MADONNA, and MIIKE SNOW), and a music video, directed by visual artist GREKO SKLAVOUNOS, were released. The music video aired on MTV/LOGO, went to #1 on The Click List Countdown, and maintained its position for five consecutive weeks. As a thank-you to fans for voting, a COMPLIMENTARY DOWNLOAD of an additional song, "FAME KILLS," was offered on the Dangerous Muse Facebook page for a limited time. Producers on the album include BLOODSHY & AVANT, recording artist ESTHERO (making her production debut), JOSH HARRIS (THE KILLERS, SEAL, DANGEROUS MUSE), TED OTTAVIANO (BOOK OF LOVE, DANGEROUS MUSE), and DAVID SISKOVIC (JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE, CUT COPY, GWEN STEFANI, GOLDFRAPP). Download their new song, "I CAN'T HELP IT" free for a limited time and see more photos and news at DANGEROUSMUSE.COM
