Brooklyn-based Ingrid Michaelson is a rising indie-pop singer/songwriter whose music has reached huge audiences through the magic of television. Popular shows such as Grey's Anatomy, The Vampire Diaries, Bones, and Scrubs, have propelled Michaelson's music across the country, and her frequent touring has boosted her popularity in Europe. Michaelson plays guitar, piano, and ukulele, and sings with an earnest soprano her stories of alienation, urban living, and love and its loss most of all.
