Capturing the timeless transcendence of the human voice, the Tallis Scholars highlight the hallowed works of John Taverner, who served as choirmaster of Christ Church, Oxford, during the reign of Henry VIII. The a cappella ensemble moves gracefully through the ages, incorporating contemporary work by Arvo Part and a Lincoln Center commission by New York composer Nico Muhly. Part of the 2013 White Light Festival.
