E.S.P. TV's signature live taping event takes to the Theater at MAD for an evening showcasing the best in experimental video, performance, and music.
The first US screening of this documentary following three emerging glass artists during a one-week residency at the Toledo Museum of Art, as they experiment with a replica of the furnace used 50 years ago in Harvey Littleton's historic glass workshop, which opened the way for artists to use glass as a sculptural material. Directly following the film, Playing with Fire exhibition curator Jennifer Scanlan will lead a discussion with the artists and filmmakers. A reception will follow at the Heller Gallery in Chelsea.
