Superstar Diego El Cigala is contemporary flamenco's most compelling voice. He has collaborated with many of the most important names in flamenco, and is also noted for his pioneering work in fusing flamenco with Latin American music forms such as bolero, Afro-Caribbean jazz, and tango. His collaborations with Latin jazz icons Jerry Gonzalez and Bebo Valdés are revered as breakthroughs in flamenco and Latin jazz. For this program, he will present the New York premiere of "Cigala & Tango."

Venue Description: Home to live events ranging from world music, jazz, gospel, blues, folk, show tunes, political humor, theatre, dance, the critically acclaimed Broadway by the Year, Garrison Keillor's annual holiday residency, and more. Most recently, The Dalai Lama and President Obama have graced the stage. Located in Times Square/the Theater District.
