Robert Hunter, the legendary lyricist of the Grateful Dead, returns to the public stage for a rare concert tour. Hunter's lyrics are part of the American musical DNA with credits that include "Uncle John's Band," "Casey Jones," "Friend of the Devil," "Sugar Magnolia," "St. Stephen," "Dark Star," and their most familiar lyric, "What a long, strange trip it's been," in the song "Truckin.'" Hunter presents his own unique slant on songs that have become rock & roll classics.

Venue Description: Home to live events ranging from world music, jazz, gospel, blues, folk, show tunes, political humor, theatre, dance, the critically acclaimed Broadway by the Year, Garrison Keillor's annual holiday residency, and more. Most recently, The Dalai Lama and President Obama have graced the stage. Located in Times Square/the Theater District.
