Nearly all of us know we're the third planet from the Sun, but where are we among the stars in the Milky Way? Do we hold a special place among the planets, stars, and galaxies in the universe? The Grand Tour will answer these questions, and more. Explore planets inside and outside our solar system, nearby stars, and the myriad galaxies that populate the universe while Director of Astrovisualization Carter Emmart and the Hayden Planetarium's Brian Abbott guide you through the Digital Universe Atlas, the most scientifically accurate 3D map of the cosmos.

Venue Description: A museum for the 21st century, with a rich and storied past and one of the greatest natural history museums in the world, with over 40 exhibition halls. Open daily from 10am to 5:45pm except on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
