CitySightseeing's land-and-sea tour offers four convenient hop-on, hop-off locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, so you’ll be able to explore different neighborhoods along the way. You’ll take in all of the must-see destinations along the way, including the Brooklyn Bridge, Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Empire State Building, and more.
Hop-on, hop-off locations include Pier 78 in Midtown, close to Times Square, the Theater District and Restaurant Row; and the World Financial Center, which is home to the One World Observatory, the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, and more. You’ll also stop at Brooklyn’s trendy DUMBO neighborhood, home to the renowned River Café and Grimaldi’s Pizza, as well as Brooklyn Bridge Park and Jane’s Carousel (created in 1922 and featuring 48 exquisitely carved horses plus two chariots).
The contemporary vessels in the fleet were recently refurbished and offer ample outdoor decks and a comfortable climate-controlled interior. There’s also a rainy day guarantee, so if the weather doesn’t permit water travel, you’ll be granted access to another top New York City destination instead. Check the website for the full list of attractions. There’s also a concession stand located on board.
This 90-minute tour includes FREE admission to the 9/11 Tribute Center and offers connections to and from CitySightseeing New York double-decker bus tours (for bus ticket-holders).
