• General Tsao’s lobster-spicy sweet and sour sauce, scallions, cashews, forbidden rice.

• Lobster sliders-lobster tossed with lobster mayo, tomato confit & topped with bacon. Slider bun slathered with avocado puree.

• Lobster boil-one and a quarter pound lobster served in a flavorful lobster broth with corn, fingerling potatoes, clams and mussels.

• Lobster poke-chilled diced lobster tossed with inamona, shoyu, scallions and chilies.
