Adam Marcus, CSCS also earned a masters degree in Exercise Science, is a Certified Level 1 USA Weightlifting Coach, a National Academy of Sports Medicine Corrective Exercise Specialist, a KettleBell Concepts Level 2 Instructor, and a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). Needless to say, he knows his sh!t.
