April 20, 2018 - New York

AKTINA's acclaimed concert series, "Greek Music Journey" brings to the Kaye a new and spectacular performance produced by Elena Maroulleti highlighting "The Magic of Bouzouki" in the everlasting rembetika (Greek blues) and Laika (popular folk songs) with the leading bouzouki soloist and virtuoso of Greece Andreas Karantinis, the renowned guitarist/composer Manolis Androulidakis and his band and the talented singers Vasiliki Stefanou and Aris Kampanos. In the Heights - John W. Engeman Theater at Northport
Through April 22, 2018 - Northport

Before HAMILTON reinvented musical theatre, its creator, Lin-Manuel Miranda, wowed Broadway with his first musical. IN THE HEIGHTS tells the universal story of a vibrant community in New York's Washington Heights neighborhood – a place where the coffee from the corner bodega is light and sweet, the windows are always open and the breeze carries the rhythm of three generations of music. It's a community on the brink of change, full of hopes, dreams and pressures, where the biggest struggles can be deciding which traditions you take with you, and which ones you leave behind. Winner of the Tony Award for Best Musical!
