The Big Apple Circus: Bello Is Back! - Highly anticipated and much beloved, The Big Apple Circus brings families together for mucho merriment and eye-popping thrills. This year’s version celebrates the return of daredevil, high-haired clown Bello Nock after several seasons away from Lincoln Center’s Damrosch Park. Bello is joined in the intimate one-ring setting (where no seat is more than 50 feet away from the action) by an amazing group of international performers (equestrians, aerialists, tumblers and more), and the always-hilarious Grandma the Clown. George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker - Ballerina snowflakes fly across the stage, human toys leap and spin, and little Marie is saved from the villainous Mouse King and his hench-mice by the heroic Nutcracker. Peter Ilich Tchaikovsky’s musical masterpiece meets George Balanchine’s iconic choreography for Lincoln Center’s most time-honored holiday tradition.

Irving Berlin’s White Christmas - The stage adaptation of the classic film musical has entered the realm of not-be-missed Big Apple holiday entertainment thanks to first-rate performances and a steady flow of such Irving Berlin hits as “I Love a Piano,” “Sisters,” “Blue Skies” and, of course, the composer’s beloved holiday anthem, “White Christmas.” Through 1/3.

The Klezmer Nutcracker - Based on Ellen Kushner’s award-winning book, The Golden Dreydl, this unforgettable family musical uses Tchaikovsky’s famous score as a backdrop for an imaginative spin on the traditional Nutcracker tale. Weaving together threads of Jewish folklore with fantasy and humor, the show follows young Sara, miserable at the family Hanukkah party until Tante Miriam arrives with a Golden Dreydl -- which just happens to be an enchanted princess in disguise! The Radio City Christmas Spectacular 2009 - From its celebrated “Parade of the Wooden Soldiers” to a thrill ride with Santa to his workshop at the North Pole, where rag dolls dance away the winter chill, the Christmas Spectacular starring the fabulous Radio City Rockettes emerges as the star atop NYC’s annual holiday festivities.
