As usual, Gotham Comedy Club boasts an impressive lineup of comedians at its Chelsea location. Vladimir Caamano (Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Brooklyn 99) plays July 13-14, while the incomparable Gina Yashere (Last Comic Standing, Netflix’s The Stand-Ups) drops in August 17 and 18. A venue for comedians’ comedians, The Comedy Cellar now extends its reach past the original cellar on MacDougal Street in Greenwich Village. The cellar also books acts at Village Underground, a club around the corner on West 3rd Street. Coming up, see a weekly showcase of comics from Late Night With Seth Meyers, including Meyers’ warmup act Ryan Reiss, Sunday nights at 8:30 this summer.
