Free Poetry Reading Hosted by East Midtown Partnership for World Poetry Day
For New Yorkers looking to have a little culture in the middle of the workday and support local art, East Midtown Partnership is hosting a poetry reading in celebration of World Poetry Day. Stop by the 58th Street Library’s community room to hear from a range of poets, including professionals to budding artists from the New School. The poets attending are Carol Rosenfeld, David Groff, Javeria Hasnain, Kate Millar, Kirsten Chen, Sitara Gnanaguru, Tim Stobierski, and Zohreh Zadbood. After the readings, the poets will be discussing their works with the audience.
