9tofive Studios, Brooklyn's premiere black-owned photography and video studio is hosting its first community event for sneaker heads and content creators celebrating sneaker culture.

We invite EVERYBODY to come to 9tofive Studios on Nov 6th for a community sneaker shoot. Be sure to wear your favorite sneakers! Everyone who registers will get a few minutes of FREE studio time for a mini-photo shoot with their kicks!

This is a great chance to network with other sneaker heads and content creators in Brooklyn and familiarize yourself with a great resource for all your photography and video needs located in the heart of BedStuy Brooklyn.

By registering/participating in this event, attendees hereby grant 9tofive Studios permission to use their likeness in photographs, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

Attendees/participants also provide authorization to 9tofive Studios to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose and waive any right to inspect or approve promotional materials wherein their likeness appears. Additionally, participants waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photo.

Participants hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge 9tofive Studios from all claims, demands, and causes of action which they or any other persons acting on their behalf or on behalf of their estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

REGISTRANTS TO THIS EVENT AGREE TO THEIR UNDERSTANDING OF THE ABOVE PHOTO RELEASE AND AFFIRM THAT THEY ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR HAVE OBTAINED THE REQUIRED CONSENT OF PARENTS/GUARDIANS.
