AY WELL+FIT Studio Grand Opening
Get ready to energize your body, mind, and spirit! Asase Yaa Cultural Arts Foundation is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its first-ever wellness and fitness studio, AY WELL+FIT Studio, on November 10, 2024! This innovative space is poised to become a vibrant community hub, dedicated to promoting holistic health and empowering adults of all ages to embrace a healthier lifestyle.
Join us for a transformative journey that blends dance, holistic wellness, and community spirit! Celebrate the grand opening with complementary group classes and special membership promotions, giving community members a taste of what WELL+FIT has to offer.
The studio will offer 10 classes Monday – Friday and Sunday spanning dance, holistic wellness and high intensity interval training. Each class is just $20 and lasts an hour, except for the quick HIIT sessions, which are 20-30 minutes. Each class accommodates up to 20 participants, allowing for an intimate and focused setting led by top professional instructors. The studio also offers wellness services including private massage therapy and Reiki. There are memberships, group classes, and special package deals.
