Photowalk Series: Rosebank Ramble
Join AAH educator Kristen Bartley for a guided history tour and photowalk through Alice Austen’s neighborhood of Rosebank. The walk will commence at Austen’s historic landmarked home “Clear Comfort” and end at St. John’s Episcopal Church where AAH is presenting the traveling Smithsonian exhibition Voices and Votes. Along the way we will look at some of Alice’s 19th and early 20th century photographs as we pass their locations and talk about the evolution of the neighborhood from Alice’s time to present day.
