Iwasaki/Umehara for FuFuFu Fuku
Due to the coronavirus, please call to ensure this event is still happening before you leave home.
12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Shizue Iwasaki and Kikuko Umehara collaborate to create clothing that makes them feel positive about themselves. Each piece is handwoven, unique, and distinctive. They rely on their intuition to choose the garment's main color and then, like abstract artists, they allow that color to inspire other colors and textures. They find working together to be a joyful experience, and hope that joy is felt by those who wear their creations.Venue: AsiaStore at Asia Society
