Learn to Make Georgian Classics
Join Natiya De Leon, Executive Chef at Georgian restaurant, Assaia, as she introduces us to the world of Georgian cooking.
In this hands-on class, guests will learn how to work with two different doughs to create two classic Georgian dishes- Adjaruli Khachapuri and Khinkali.
For the Adjaruli Khachapuri, an amazing boat-shaped cheese bread filled with cheese, butter and egg, you’ll learn how mix the cheese into the dough so that it keeps its shape while baking.
