In this gritty puppet cinema epic adapted from Tel Aviv-based writer Etgar Keret's darkly funny short story collection Suddenly, A Knock on the Door, Israeli director Zvi Sahar and PuppetCinema (Salt of the Earth, 2014 Next Wave) employ cameras, puppets, and object theater to immerse audiences in a dystopian world where competing narratives lend calm to the chaos.
