Bar Bastion – the opulent cocktail lounge above fine dining restaurant Le Jardinier, part of The Bastion Collection – will be hosting a ‘Valentine’s Mezcalita Night’ with Desolas Mezcal on Thursday, February 13th through the 15th to shower your loved ones with an intimate and lavish night on the town!

The chic bar will be decked out in red and pink for the romantic activation as the beverage team serves specialty cocktails with Desolas beginning at 5 p.m., complemented by a dessert pairing by The Bastion Collection's talented pastry team. Bar Bastion will also be hosting its jazz nights on February 14th and 15th, featuring vocalist Noa Chait, for those wanting to elevate the romantic weekend.

Desolas is a female-founded, award-winning Mezcal brand inspired by the traditional time-honored techniques of mezcal production, with a focus on the journey of creation and discovery. Founder GG Mirvis has been recognized for her craft, receiving a "Best of Class" award in the Mezcal category at the 2024 New York World Spirits Competition, and winning numerous accolades since the brand’s inception in 2020.
