Long Island 6 Hour 60th Birthday Celebration Run and Relay in Memory of Fred von der Heydt
September 29, 2024 8:30AM Start - Rain or Shine Belmont Lake State Park Southern State Parkway - Exit 38 North Babylon, NY 11703
This run is for everyone and for all ages!
Individual runners, and Male, Female and Coed teams of four runners and teams of six runners compete to cover the most mileage.
This is done over a 1.75 mile loop at Belmont Lake State Park which means an aid station every 1.75 miles and the party goes on through the duration of the event!
There is plenty of post relay food and drink with none of the logistical hassle!
SPECIAL AWARD FOR THE TEAM WITH THE BEST COSTUMES!
BENEFICIARIES A portion of the proceeds are donated to the Sunrise Association and the Northport Running Club Youth Program.
