The series––which will take place in multiple cities across the country––comes to New York City with a short-term experiential retail location open to the public through June. NYC is the only city that will have an experiential retail location of this kind. Starting May 29, the pop-up will be open to New Yorkers to come check-out Blue Apron’s newest products and experience unique programming, such as cooking classes and panel discussions with notable chefs including Sam Kass, Marco Canora, Tamar Adler, Agatha Kulaga & Erin Patinkin, and Colu Henry. The majority of activities will be free of charge except cooking classes which will cost a small fee. Blue Apron will donate all the proceeds from the cooking classes to City Harvest, the world’s first food rescue organization, dedicated to feeding the nearly 1.3 million New Yorkers facing hunger. Each week the pop-up will have a different theme to bring new experiences to visitors throughout the month: - Week of May 29 – “Party Vibes Week” - Week of June 5 – “Chef University Week” - Week of June 12 – “Fam Jam Week” - Week of June 19 – “Besties & Baes Week” May 29 to June 24 Open six days a week (closed on Mondays) Tues-Fri: 11 AM–9 PM Sat-Sun: 10 AM–8 PM http://www.cityguideny.com/eventinfo.cfm?id=311459 Blue Apron Pop-Up Blue Apron Pop-Up
