Early Childhood Educator Series: Building Diverse Classroom Book Collections (CTLE-3)
In this FREE training offered by Brooklyn Public Library, educators will strengthen their analysis of diversity in children's literature. We will examine how representation in picture books impacts children's social-emotional development, and will practice utilizing tools and resources to assess and build diverse, equitable, and inclusive classroom collections.
