This once-in-a-lifetime event, made possible in partnership with the IIN, will take place at 5:30pm on September 11, 2024, as part of the ongoing Bryant Park Yoga series, presented by CALIA.

Chopra and Platt-Finger will lead a free, inspiring session at Bryant Park, offering the public a unique opportunity to engage with one of the most influential figures in wellness. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Bryant Park, this event underscores the park's commitment to making wellness accessible to all. Chopra will begin with a seated breathwork meditation to foster a shared sense of peace and healing. Following this, Sarah Platt-Finger will conduct a 40-minute yoga asana session, continuing the theme of hope and healing.
