Join Catria Cucina and Bar on Sunday, April 20, for a Boozy Easter Brunch crafted by Chef Kyle Puchir, serving Italian twists on classic brunch dishes such as Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with blueberry compote and maple whipped butter. Catria will also offer 90 minutes of bottomless brunch cocktails, including Mimosas, Bellinis, Catria Spritzes and Bloody Marys, for $30. In lieu of a traditional egg hunt, all diners will receive a plastic egg that may contain a fun prize such as 10% off their bill, a free signature cocktail or a free bottle of wine for their next reservation! With the exorbitant cost of eggs, Catria will also offer brunchers a chance to create their own “dyed” Bombolinis as an alternative, with pastel colored icing to dip the restaurant’s signature dessert in.
