White People Won't Save You
Comics writer Jordan Clark and actor/writer Cameron Mason sit down with a guest and examine a different white savior movie and try to re-imagine it from the Black or PoC experience. It's smart. It's messy. Come get saved.
Jordan Clark - he/him/his Jordan is a comic writer based in Baltimore, whose work has been published by DC Comics and Image Comics, including titles like Star Wars and Aquaman. Fun fact: He also worked the teleprompter for Obama’s Between Two Ferns episode. So that’s cool.
Cameron Mason - he/him/his Cameron is an actor-writer-comedian who has starred in several independent films, shorts and over a dozen commercials including ones for Harry’s Razors, TRUTH, MTV, Ray-Ban, and Sling. Sketch comedy with American Candy and To Karen, with Love. He recently wrote for the webseries The Psychological Evolution of Fuckboys, airing on Keke Palmer’s KeyTV on YouTube.
