To kick-off the holiday season, the celebrated Chef Charlie Palmer and the great granddaughters of Pappy Van Winkle, and founders of Pappy & Company, Louise, Carrie and Chenault Van Winkle, will come to together to host Heritage Holidays — an intimate holiday dinner on Tuesday, December 5 at 6:30 p.m. — for an evening designed to honor their shared commitment to quality food and spirits, heirloom ingredients and materials and a time-honored respect for hospitality.

These four luminaries will curate a special holiday dinner at Charlie Palmer Steak NYC featuring award-winning menus crafted by Chef Charlie Palmer and his team, with each course artfully infused with Pappy & Company and Pappy Van Winkle's bourbon heritage-driven food and spirits products. Hamachi Crudo | winter citrus, Pappy & Company Bourbon Barrel-Aged spiced sauce

Lobster Cavatelli | corn galette with seared foie gras, slightly smoked duck breast, frisée salad, Pappy & Company bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup gastrique
