Great Gatsby Meets Django Reinhardt Jazz Concert
Celebrate the elegance of the Jazz Age when acclaimed duo Yael & Gabriel pay musical homage to The Great Gatsby and Django Reinhardt. The pair perform jazz standards and gypsy jazz during this elegant, yet lively evening at New York City club Bonafide. Yael Dray-Barel is a French-Israeli singer-songwriter influenced by rock and gypsy jazz and her songs often incorporate the five languages she speaks. Argentinian guitarist Gabriel Hermida infuses his compositions with the essence of classical tango, flamenco and contemporary jazz. Together, Yael & Gabriel's love of jazz in all its forms makes for a unique, exciting style of music.
