Triborough Film Festival Third Annual Astor Awards
The highly anticipated Triborough Film Festival will conclude its 2025 edition with an award ceremony honoring outstanding achievements in film, recognizing both established and emerging talent across a wide array of categories.
The festival brings together filmmakers, industry professionals, and cinema enthusiasts to showcase the best in contemporary cinema. The awards will recognize excellence in narrative, documentary, and short films, as well as the artistry behind direction, acting, cinematography, and more.
The festival is presented by the Astoria Filmmakers Club, whose mission is to foster filmmakers, writers, producers, talents, artists, and related businesses at local, state, national, and international levels. The Club works to accelerate the dissemination of reliable information about the standing of filmmakers and related business firms, ensure equal opportunity for investors and filmmakers, and promote the civic, commercial, and industrial interests of its members.
The Triborough Film Festival will present gift bags to this year’s award winners, filled with items from generous partners who highlight the best of New York City. A heartfelt thank you goes to the following donors for their contributions to this year’s gift bags: PingPod, The Winsome Apothecary, Eli’s Cafe, Aforieke, and Tasteworks Every Day Sauce. These thoughtful contributions help to make the celebration even more memorable for our talented award winners. We appreciate your support in enhancing the festival experience.
