Taste of Australia: Applewood Gin at Dante NYC
Laura Carter, co-founder of Australian-based Applewood Distillery, is bringing Applewood gin to New York City's Dante, the acclaimed Australian/Italian cafe in Greenwich Village, on Wednesday, September 18th from 3-6 p.m. Join Laura for a happy hour and Taste of Australia to discover Applewood, which heroes Australian native botanicals such as the bright and tart finger lime, savoury desert lime, wattleseed, wild thyme, macadamia and peppermint gum leaf. Dante, the 100+ year old institution, recently voted #9 Worlds Best Bar, will be serving up specialty cocktails and will put their own spin made on Applewood gin.
The event is open to the public, and does not require a reservation. Dante is located in Greenwich Village at 79-81 Macdougal Street.
