Enjoy a magical 3 ½ hour yoga workshop with Sri Dharma Mittra- An amazing way to help deal with stress in today’s busy, hectic world. Saturday, March 14th 3:00pm-6:30pm at the Dharma Yoga Center in Manhattan.
Called “Maha Sadhana” or “Great Practice” in Sanskrit, this practice taught by 80-year-old legendary yogi Sri Dharma Mittra himself will invigorate the body and mind and energize the chakras. It includes subtle Breathing Practices to calm the mind, Healing Mantras, a powerful Charging Series Asana practice, followed by Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation in deep relaxation to rejuvenate, refresh, and revitalize your entire system.
The program culminates with Dharma Mittra’s joyous signature Asana Satsang Jam where students join each other in a large circle for Kirtan-singing, and those that wish offer their favorite postures to the teacher, the higher self, and each other. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity!
