About this Dish: This winter, the Alps are closer than ever before – at Eataly! Found in many northeastern regions of Italy, Canederli are Italian bread dumplings similar to Austrian and German knödel dumplings. They are served either in a rich broth, or, as in this class, with melted butter and grated Alta Badia cheese.

In this Demonstration-Style Class You Will:

Seating is first-come, first-served 

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes   All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older. Non-alcoholic beverages are available. 

Classes are also suitable for children 8+ who are passionate about Italian cuisine. 15 and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
