This blend will not only build strength and stamina for longer runs, it will also target smaller muscles for safely finding bursts during faster, shorter races. Taught by runner and Pilates Sculpt teacher Laura Frye, this class will teach you key moves to incorporate in your training for endurance, strength, and post-run recovery.
