40 Objects - 40 Years of Bringing People Together: Flushing Council on Culture & the Arts
This exhibition, entitled "40 Objects" is dedicated to the 40th Anniversary of Flushing Council on Culture and the Arts. It is an attempt to bring the rich history and the extraordinary vision of the institution to life, through intimate narratives and diverse perspectives. All 40 objects come from the permanent collection and artist community of FCCA. They include historical photographs, artworks, correspondence, newspapers, program materials, and other ephemera. Collectively, they tell the stories and memories of the institution and of our communities.
