Great Trees of Green-Wood
Due to the coronavirus, please call to ensure this event is still happening before you leave home.
You don't have to leave the city to be among some of most beautiful trees (and oldest!) trees in the Northeast. There are 7,000 of them right here at Green-Wood, and they represent over 700 species. In fact, the Cemetery is a Class III Arboretum – one of only 27 in the world. Do a lot of trees look the same to you? They won't after you tour of Green-Wood's great trees! Come with us to go off the beaten path, look up, and learn to spot the subtle differences. You'll become a tree expert in no time
Venue: Green-Wood Cemetery
